03/02/2004 Love promises to "tell all" in new book
Courtney Love who published the diary entries of her late husband, Kurt Cobain, is now proposing to publish her own. "Love Diaries: My Life in Words and Pictures" will be a 250 page combination of diary entries, photographs, love letters, unpublished lyrics, probation reports from juvenile-hall, fliers from early gigs and sketches for fashion designs.
Love is hoping that readers will have the same desire to learn all about her private life as they did Cobain's. Cobain's "Journals" appeared as number 1 on the New York Times best-seller list, for hardcover non-fiction in November 2002. Love is describing her book as an "emotional scrapbook".
This week Love and her manager are in talks with publishers around the world, she promises that she can deliver the book by April, which would mean an Autumn release.
