14/01/2004 Public signings in Dublin
The Dublin City Public Libraries have announced a series of public signings and
interviews with internationally acclaimed writers taking place in Dublin over
the next few weeks.
First up is journalist and writer Will Self who will be discussing his new
book 'Dr Mukti and Other Tales of Woe' on Thursday 22nd January at 7.00pm in
Eason Hanna's Bookshop, Nassau Street.
He is the author of several books including 'Dorian' (2002) 'How the Dead Live'
(2000), 'Great Apes' (1997) and 'My Idea of Fun' (1993). He has also written
three collections of short stories 'Grey Area' (1994), 'The Quantity Theory of
Insanity' (1991)and 'Tough, Tough Toys for Tough, Tough Boys', as well as two
novellas 'Cock and Bull' and 'The Sweet Smell of Psychosis'.
