Clinton in Dublin for book signing
The former US President Bill Clinton will be signing copies of his autobiography My Life on Wednesday 25th August at Easons on O'Connell Street, Dublin.
My Life is a best-seller this summer and Bill Clinton is on a signing tour, he will be going to Easons in Belfast on Thursday for a similar signing.
Easons have issued the following advice to customers:
Customers are advised to queue as early as possible as there may be delays entering the shop because of security.
The shop will open at 8:00 so customers may purchase their books and join the signing queue.
Books for signing are limited to one per person in order to accommodate as many of our customers as possible.
Tickets will be issued one per customer and are non-transferable.
This ticket is your entry to the signing queue that will form in Middle Abbey Street.
We are expecting large numbers of customers to attend this event and we hope to have as many people meet President Clinton as possible. We appreciate your co-operation in this matter.
The Taoiseach Bertie Ahern will reportedly meet the former US President Bill Clinton during the latter's visit to Dublin tomorrow.
Reports this morning said Mr Ahern would hold a private meeting with Mr Clinton, who is visiting the city to promote his autobiography.
Mr Clinton will be accompanied by his wife, New York Senator Hillary Clinton, who is due to give a speech on peace and reconciliation at the University of Ulster in Derry on Thursday.
