How to be Good is big screen bound

Nick Hornby
Nick Hornby's best-selling 2002 book 'How to be Good' is to follow 'Fever Pitch', 'High Fidelity' and 'About a Boy' onto the big screen.

Variety reports that movie studio Columbia has optioned the movie rights to the book.

'How to be Good' tells the story of a couple whose marriage is in trouble; the husband decides to change his life but the wife discovers she then misses the man he used to be.

A US remake of Hornby's 'Fever Pitch' is currently in production at film studio Fox.
