Potter fans compete to win Rowling interview
Four Harry Potter fans will compete in a televised contest to win the chance to conduct the only UK television interview with JK Rowling.
The four finalists will appear on the TV show Harry Potter at the Castle: The Quest for the Ultimate Harry Potter Fan which will be shown on 10th July. The winner of the show will interview JK Rowling at Edinburgh Castle on the 17th July, the day after her sixth novel, Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince is published.
Television presenter Ben Shephard will quiz the finalists on their knowledge of Harry Potter. Shephard said: "There's a lot at stake for the four contestants. To get this far is an amazing achievement but to be crowned the ultimate Harry Potter fan, to meet JK Rowling and attend the book launch is a chance in a lifetime."
