World premiere of Binchy's Tara Road for Dublin
The film of Maeve Binchy's acclaimed novel Tara Road will receive its world premiere release at the Savoy cinema in Dublin tonight.
Directed by Gillies MacKinnon, the cast includes Andie McDowell and Olivia Williams as the women - one Irish, one American - who exchange homes for the summer and change their lives.
Tara Road also stars Irish actors Stephen Rea, Bronagh Gallagher, Maria Doyle Kennedy and Brenda Fricker.
The film will be released nationwide by Buena Vista International (Ireland) on 7 October.
